I was a walk-in customer was assigned to Ranza Connell. I wanted to go short and had a few pictures. She was patient and kind (I am disabled) and helpful. I wanted a short bob but have thick hair. She was AMAZING! She washed and cut my hair, blow dryed and straighten it and then meticulously finished the cut. She thinned and layered it to perfection. It is the best haircut I have ever had. I get nothing but compliments. Thank you Ranza for being so awesome!

Had appointment for haircut.. Arrived early. At appointment time, was told “she is ready for you” but I didn’t see my stylist. Front desk lady pointed to another stylist and said “oh she will be cutting your hair today because stylist S is running behind.” I don’t like the disrespectful way I was treated. I want to choose my own hairstylist. My appointment selection should be honored.

I originally made a appointment for highlights. After consulting with a stylist I was talked into a highlight/lowlight. I did show the stylist a picture I liked. I was expecting to get a brown and blonde duo. In the end I just had two different blonde colors with darker roots and light ends. I don’t feel like there is much dimension in my hair and that it just looks blended with grown out roots. I’m debating having it rehighlighted after less than a week of having it done.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis was the absolute worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I don’t like to write negative reviews but my hair was ruined here. I went to another salon (not JCP) and they fixed it as best as they could, but it still needs time to grow out, and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. When I had left, the stylist had straightened my hair in a way that looking at it from my view it looked good, but the next day after washing it I couldn’t believe she what she had done to my hair. I wish I could post pictures. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but I’ll never be coming back regardless. I went to another salon (not JCP) and they fixed it as best as they could, but it still needs time to grow out, and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Heidi was so nice to my kids and I. She did a great job on my hair trim. Only paid $30 for my walk in express cut. I will def be going back. Also there was a guy there, and he was doing the hair on the woman sitting next to me and it was beautiful when he was done.
