I paid over $100 and they over processed. hair. My hair was limp and damaged on the ends as a result of over processing and I asked for a refund of money and they said no. I ask for my hair to be cut in layers and she didn’t do that either I ask for curls and didn’t get any. Please don’t believe the manager because they lie to make money.
