Critical: Professionalism, Qualityif i could give them -100 stars i would. i went to jcp salon with virgin hair for a balayage & my experience was terrible! i showed her pictures explained i wanted light caramel balayage & she claimed she understood, but the color was way too dark, it was super chunky & just not worth $200. so i gave it a few days because i wanted to give it a chance, but it never got better. i called the salon asked to speak with the manager explained my situation on how i wanted it vs what i ended up with, she was super unprofessional, said i needed to explain myself better & then said to come in so she could fix it. she basically turned my hair blonde then she said “that is what you showed me” THE PICTURE WAS LIGHT CARAMEL. i asked 2 different hair dressers what color it was & they caramel. i don’t know where she got blond from. she “fixed” the blond & toned it to an orangish color. i eventually gave up to try to fix my hair with jcp salon & wasted $200, damaged my hair, met the rudest most unprofessional manager, & i had to go somewhere else to achieve the look i wanted.Services: Hair coloring, Balayageif i could give them -100 stars i would. i went to jcp salon with virgin hair for a balayage & my experience was terrible! i showed her pictures explained i wanted light caramel balayage & she claimed she understood, but the color was way …More
