I had an appt. and I had my 36 yr. old son with me who also needed a haircut, I didn’t have an appt.for my son, but when I asked can he get a haircut they said yes no problem.the stylist made my son feel very comfortable and he let her even wash his hair. I will always go back to JC Penney for my hair styling needs and now my son when he needs another haircut he says he wants to go back to JC Penney.

Scheduled an appointment for 12:45 Friday. Got A text saying they had to reschedule for 2:45. When I told them I needed an appointment earlier in the day they said 10:00. I agreed. I get to the salon and wait 20 minutes before reaching out. Then in text, I’m told my oh, my appointment was for Saturday. NO ONE mentioned changing days when we were rescheduling this appointment. I understand mistakes happen but when I received a voicemail saying I WAS AT FAULT for coming the wrong day, that was my last straw. I cancelled. Bad first impression.

I called to check price of how much a color would cost, the lady gave me a range on how much it would cost depending on how long my hair was. I asked if an appointment would be needed she told me walk ins are welcome. So I went told her the color I was looking for and it turned out amazing and she was very knowledgeable and very nice.
