I specifically asked Hazel to trim my waist long hair no more than two inches and I ended up with hair to my shoulders!!! I am so angry that 2 years of slow growth is completely gone. She said let me fix it over and over and she has very little experience with customer communication. Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!

I booked an appointment online for today for a perm , which I see that people at these salon not professional one bit, called me to cancel my appointment because the lady Hazel was doing another lady’s hair and didn’t know how long it will take for the relaxer on the other customer, professional and wise , you should know if you done this for awhile, the only thing is that I asked for a perm and schedule till 5pm after my work, and they close certain time. If that lady didn’t want to stay longer , I have been with other people who cut hair and treat customer service very well and go length for them and stay longer but I guess I have to find somewhere else to do my perm, which I know business follow but that’s not the point , point don’t work in a company if you can handle your job or treat customer service , (you stink ) the and the phone service can’t hear them at all , static. Which you might assume JCPENNEY IS A WEALTH COMPANY AND DRESS PROFESSIONAL AND ETC ETC BUT NO PROFESSIONALISM THERE..

The experience was horrible. An older man came out to trim the back of my hair. I have short hair and the bottom of the back need a slight trim. He cut it uneven and argued with me that it was the best he can do because my hair was cut poorly. It was uneven and you could see it. He took less than an inch off total and chaged 35. Very unpleasant man and experience. Another employee agreed it wasn’t even, he fixed it after arguing again. Never again.

Able to walk in for a hair appointment, which was great. Told the stylist I wanted about an inch off and ended with almost three inches off. I had to fix it when I got home, there were a few pieces that were longer then others. Overall it looked okay and hair grows back, just for the price, I’ll choose a different place next time. Salon is clean and have a lot of products for sale!

If your a guy and need a proper fade and a haircut that doesn’t make you look like a dork, and you don’t want the golden gate barbershop looking fade because your.. um… not that type of guy. Make an appt. with Manda. the girl knows what she’s doing and you will finally be able to take the hat off your head. I’ve lived here for a while now and finally found someone to properly cut my hair like I would get back home up north.
