I saw Maggie 3 times. First time was okay, not great, but okay. Second cut not much better. I gave her a 3rd chance, and she cut a big chunk of hair out of the angle of my bob haircut. I was done with her. I waited about 8 weeks to get another cut to let the hair grow back she so carelessly chopped off, went to see Waleska. She did a great job somewhat correcting the mess Maggie made, but I had to wait a few more weeks to get it cut again and let the gap Maggie made fill in. Friday I had a 6pm appointment with Waleska again. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. Checked in and took a seat. A few minutes later, Waleska came to tell me she’ll be right with me, she’s finishing another cut. I waited and waited. 6:10 pm, nothing….6:20….nothing. 6:30…..nothing. At 6:42 I had enough, got up and left. The entire time I sat in the waiting area, I heard the stylists conversing with each other In spanish, laughing and carrying on. The entire crew is extremely unprofessional, and I was very disappointed in Waleska letting me sit there for that long, when my appointment was at 6 pm. I have no problem waiting for up to 15 minutes after an appointment time, but 42 minutes is extensive and unacceptable. And who knows how much longer I would have sat there, had I not left at 6:42 pm. Definitely not going back or recommend this place.

I am a snowbird down here for the winter. I have used the same stylist from back home for decades and was very nervous about trying out a new stylist. They gave me an appointment with Ileana and she was very good. It’s been two weeks and I love the new style. I had her cut off about 3 inches. The layers look great. She was a great stylist.

I have used this salon before and it’s been ok, but today I went and told the sylist exactly, seriously, exactly what I wanted -cut the bottom tight around the neck and ears but leave the top long but maybe thin it out a little. The top and the back were cut so short, I can’t do anything with it but let it grow out. There is no style at all. The stylist was nice and funny but this is the first haircut I have ever had that I couldn’t make work. Very disappointed. Please listen to your customers!
