Unfortunately they burn my hair so bad that it’s imposible fix it. I had to go another salon to do some toner and now on I have to wait more than a year spend money in products to moisture my hair and wait to the burn hair grow could take more than the year. i had my root virgin to do a balayage and they couldn’t. They refund the money cause I ask for, but the damage to my hair it’s irreplaceable… and in the date before Christmas! I’m speechless

I went to get a perm and it was bad even before I enter. I made the appointment online after reading the different bio’s of the workers. I choose someone who said they had perm experience, they called me saying she did go to work that day and they changed me for someone else. I went and they did the perm, only leaving the solution in for 30 minutes and never added heat to help set the perm. When she took the curling rod out to see if it was ready she said it was but now a month later the top layer of my hair is straight and my hair is falling out. And on top of all this they charge me more than when I booked it online. I also called and left messages but no one called back. Worst salon ever!!!
