I asked for a platinum double process. I booked it ahead of time and met with Betsy to see my hair before hand agree to a double process, witnesses by the lady at the front desk. The picture shows the bright yellow glow of the product Betsy delivered. To fix Betsy’s mistake, Betsy had to reapply toner to fix Betsy’s mistake. Betsy does not tell me that she is charging me more, all I know is the hideous work she left me with is unacceptable and I cannot afford to pay another person to fix Betsy’s mistake and Betsy agrees and consults her coworker and the coworker agreed that another application of toner would fix Betsy’s mistake. I go to check out, I’m being charged for a hair cut, I did not cut my hair, and I’m being charged for the extra application of toner to fix Betsy’s mistake. I’m out hours of my time and life and Betsy also wants me to pay her to make mistakes? That’s extortion. I expected to pay $150 with a $20-30 tip from the prices agreed before, I did not tip because they decided to extort me instead. I asked them to remove the extra charges and they refused.

I am an older lady and it was very difficult to get to the coupons. It will be nice if you do coupons in paper like before. I know things change but it was a struggle. I love to shop at Jcpenney. The store was very organized & clean. The sales lady had to be very patient with the situation. If it wasn’t for that situation my visit was a great experience.!!!!
