Nancy is my hair dresser. I dont usually go to Salons but from now on ill go to Jcpenney with Nancy. Very nice didn’t talk too much , opened 1 hour just for me. Color came out PERFECT!.

My daughter had her appointment with Trish. If I had the option to rate this service a zero, or negative numbers, I would. Over processed her hair, misshapen cut and then tried to blame her mistakes on my daughter. Rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. She should not be working anywhere near a customer service industry. Completely ruined my daughter’s day and her hair. Trish needs to re-evaluate her life choices and purpose because if you are making people feel that badly on a regular basis, you are doing it wrong.

Worst service ever! They made us wait for 2.5 hours for a hair trimming. Staff doesn’t bother to attend customers. They sit and chit chat. They scheduled a slot for 2:00 PM and when we made it, they asked us to wait and went out for a lunch break. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here.

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment they don’t go by appointments and usually end up scheduling one person for after 5pm. They also charge whatever they want not what the services state.
