Haven’t been to the salon in years because of a bad experience. Decided to give it another go and they messed up my hair again. All I asked was a simple cut across my long hair and now it’s horribly uneven. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed now. Had it cut by someone who in their bio had 40 plus years experience but apparently can’t cut in a straight line. I know I didn’t go back for a reason. Shame on me.

I was convinced i would need to go in more then once and have to bleach my hair a ton, man was i wrong! MELISSA JAMES is magician i went in with hair that i had killed with box dyes and wanted to go back to my more natural blonde color. In a little under 3 hours she gave me the most beautiful golden blonde ive ever seen. My hair has never felt healthier she understood just what i wanted when i didn’t even know. I would highly reccomend Melissa James to anyone who needs work done to their hair. She was so happy to be doing her job it made the experience awesome!!

Came here for a wash and cut with my brother and he was taken back first. Was told it would be 20 minutes before someone could do my hair. 35 minutes past and other walk ins came in and were helped immediately. Another 10 minutes later a stylist came out and said that it will be another 20 minutes because their client was done but decided that they wanted their hair flat ironed and then said I could use someone else which was fine with me and should have been done in the first place If someone was available..I didn’t request anyone specific as I have never been here before. The front desk lady then says that I can’t have someone else bevayse everyone is busy and that I’ll have to continue waiting. Over an hour wait from a 20 minute wait. Ridiculous.. I’m sorry but she should have told the client who decided when she was finished to add a service that she would have to wait until I was finished to straighten it as she was supposed to be done. Totally not right and poor customer service. I told her I will take my business elsewhere.

Walked on at 815 for a 10 boys hair cut. 5 on the top 3 on the sides. Was told 15 minute wait. And was like ok we can wait. It’s now 845 to girls are talking at sales counter and no ones has taken my son back and very unwilling to help. This is horrible customer service. And if it was not for this salon to be the only one open we would not be here. I can tell you we will not be back.

Had my hair done by Ari and I loved it! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and did her best to make it happen and I left so happy with the outcome! She’s really sweet, bilingual speaks both English and Spanish and really cares about making you happy and taking care of your hair! Definitely recommend her!
