Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI shouldve known. I am so disappointed with my haircut and highlights. This was not worth $200. It took 3 hours. I was quoted $75 for highlighting lie. I was white washed. I called the managed Mark for help he was absolutely useless. Did not offer to fix or for a refund. He did not have the *s to even call me and speak to me. Do not go here. Positive: Professionalism, QualityService and cut was amazing!! The woman taking care of my hair was especially nice and even did a hairstyle on my hair with products, no extra charge!!! I was desperately looking for someone to do a color correction of sorts and had the fortune of meeting Jessica…she ROCKED it. Helped me fix my hair and was very confident in her abilities. I am impulsive, and in this situation the wrong person would have made things much worse. But I lucked out!! If you need a hair dresser, she is excellent!

I’ve been growing my hair out for 3 years, it was 3″ above my waist, I decided it was time for a trim, sat in the chair told the stylist about growing it out etc, asked her to cut dead ends but NO more than 4″. She confirmed her understanding…I now have shoulder length hair that is at least 8-10″ shorter. I hate it! This is exactly why I don’t get my hair cut.

I wanted to exchange a shirt that was too small for my son that was for a wedding that had been purchased prior to returning It, I have a gift receipt.There was a man there that told me to go upstairs and get the same shirt and bring it down and he would exchange it. When I came back down there was a female working the counter who refused to exchange my shirt leading me to have to purchase another shirt for $40. Her professionalism and attitude was horrible I will never return to JC pennies again
