Amber is the best. Every time I come in she makes magic happen in my hair. She is always incredibly gentle and very knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to explain what she’s doing and makes the entire process extremely comfortable. As a Chinese woman, my hair is a little coarser and harder to put color into, but she got my hair so vivid and it’s still extremely soft. Thank you so much Amber! I get so many compliments on my hair and can’t recommend her enough.

Amber did a wonderful job with this cut and color. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and then let her do however she wanted with the color and it came out amazing!! I usually color my hair myself due to previous bad experiences at other salons but she really made me feel comfortable and I’m so glad she cut my hair. Will definitely be seeing her again!

I wish I had a better picture of my hair. I haven’t had my hair professionally colored in YEARS! This was the first time getting low lights. Amber was my salon designer and she did an amazing job! I had bleach blonde hair that I color myself when my grays start showing. I had no clue what I wanted. I was ready for something different. Amber showed me some pics on her phone and we found a darker colour that would go with my blonde. I absolutely loved it and still do. Ask for her if you want amazing color. She also styled it and I felt 10 years younger!!! I will only schedule with her from now on.

Asked for a perm. Stylist joked about hating to do perms. She rushed the process, rinsing out the chemicals way to soon. She also missed rollers around my face where the hair is still straight. The perm didn’t take. My hair naturally has more curls than this perm. Salon manager wanted to cut my hair to fix the problem, by lifting weight. That doesn’t explain the thin hair around my face being straight. After an hour of explaining my hair and her not hearing what I was saying, I literally walked out in tears. I feel like I threw away $100. And the they’re not doing anything about it. She won’t even return my phone call. Needless to say a very unpleasant experience that still has me upset. They don’t stand behind their services. Buyer beware. Fingers crossed that you get what you’re paying good money for. No guarantees. Not even an apology. If I could leave no stars I would.

What a horrible experience I went today to get my son hair cut and the young boy with the blonde Mohawk nor the skinny girl with short hair want to do it!!!! They both claim to have clients coming I waited for over 20 minutes while they stood at the reception station once I walked out they left and went outside maybe they should work there if they can’t do hair all types of hair
