Touch-up relaxer & cut resulted in chemical burns at the nape of my neck. The stylist shaved me THEN applied the relaxer resulting in burns. Besides this, none of the stylists seemed to have the know-how on trendy hairstyles, nor haircuts.

Customer service is rough. They do not make right wrongs that are done with haircuts unless you put up a big stink involving store management. Salon manager is just as bad as stylists. Double triple check hair and have them style it before you leave or you may be in for a big surprise when you get home. Cause getting them to fix a bad cut could take days and a lot of stress.
