Critical: ValueI feel as though I was ripped off. My daughter does have a lot of long hair but I paid for a wash, dry, detangle and simple bun. I asked the stylist prior to her doing her hair, and while she was doing it if she could do her edges like the pic and when she asked what I thought and I told her the edges weren’t right if she could do it, again she said yes. It took hours which was fine but it was messed up because the bun was very loose by the time we got to the front of the store. It was not like I asked, and I politely told the stylist it wasn’t what I wanted. I also found later that she never washed my daughter hair only sprayed it wet which is why it took so long. I took her hair down and redid it when we got home. I wanted to like it. I left a $2 tip even though it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. After the stylist response I should have left nothing of a tip. I can honestly say I will not be back. I have never felt buyers remorse but this was one of those times. $57 for a 4 year old bun. NEVER AGAIN!I feel as though I was ripped off. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI cold called first thing this morning to see if the salon could fit me in for haircut and highlights. The phone was answered cheerfully by someone not surprisingly named Sunshine.Not only did she find me a time but she also seemed to want to do my hair instead of acting like she was doing me a favor.I went and loved the entire experience. The other stylist there was also very friendly. I love my cut and coloring and it was obvious that Sunshine is not only an excellent stylist but she also loves her job .I suggest you check it out .I cold called first thing this morning to see if the salon could fit me in for haircut and highlights.
