Wish I could give 0 stars. So I came in 2 days before my birthday to get a balayage but she gave me highlights. After I proceeded to tell Stephanie I wasnt happy she got snippy with me and told me what I wanted was an ombre. My sister went to cosmetology school so I know what I wanted done to my hair. Furthermore my cousin came with me and Stephanie kept questioning my cousin saying she had diabetes when really she has eczema and was being extremely rude and unprofessional.
