This was the worst haircut of my life. I had 2 foot long hair I had been growing out for years. The hairstylist and I agreed on cutting off 3 inches for maintenance. She then proceeded to cut off 8 inches. She also cut it unevenly so I have to go get it fixed somewhere else. I’m absolutely devastated. I’ll never go back and I want to warn as many people as possible about how God awful this salon was. Do NOT go here.

This salon is ok. Every time I go, I get someone new because they don’t hold onto employees very long. That should be an indicator on its own to the quality of their service, but they are very well priced, so if you get the right person, it’s a good place. The problem is that the quality of the stylists vary so much that you never know what you’ll get. The last time I went there stylist I had was so caught up in taking about herself that she wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing to my hair. I like to relax when I go to the salon, not hear about someone’s entire life. Also, I had to continually ask her to cut it shorter and she kept telling me she didn’t want to go to short because I might regret it… They really shouldn’t tell people what to do to their own hair if that person is set on doing it already.

Okay so I go to this salon, making a drastic change, from long, all one length hair to medium hair with bangs, now the stylist was sweet , Joni, yet the bangs I get I liked at first , once I get home they are way to thick for my paper thin hair! By far worst hair cut ever! Why on Earth would u cut my bangs to be so heavy in front on my very thin hair! Beyond horrified. And I tipped well at the time it looked well okay and I’m nice, but my bangs could feather almost all the way back OMG really gross! So upset I have to live with this, no one likes it, half of my bangs fall to the side with my medium hair looking like I got butchered, I could have done better! I wanted a few bangs not half my hair. Thanks won’t be back

Since new manager came in there is less staffing of the front desk. This slows things down considerably since stylists have to check clients in and out. Also,many times when I call I get an answering machine….hate this! If I need to make an appointment or change one, I don’t want to wait around for a call back.
