Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy appointment was at 12:30. I left after closing time of 6:00. To get dark brown color with gold, reddish highlights. I left with solid red hair that I could have gotten from a box. And they slip in the Olaplex without asking. Cut is awful. Stray long hairs hanging out! I am shocked for $140. Still left 40 tip because the lady was trying her best, she just doesn’t have the skill, but she was on her feet the whole time. My appointment was at 12:30. I left after closing time of 6:00. To get dark brown color with gold, reddish highlights. I left with solid red hair that I could have gotten from a box.
