We arrived at this JCPenney at 4:30 on 11/16. Our son needed a haircut, so the “Walk Ins Welcome” sign outside drew us in. While the person at the salon spent 10 minutes trying to get logged in, we noticed that one of the employees was cutting their own kids hair, and after a few more minutes, were were ultimately told we had to come back at 7:30 for a haircut. Please don’t have a “Walk Ins Welcome” sign outside ,if you don’t really mean it and/or allow your staff do personal work there and not work for customers.
