I have been to this location twice and each time was bad! First time my mother and I went (made our appointments at the same time) they didn’t have my mother’s appointment booked at all! Then said her stylist was running late.. 2 hours later they finally started on her and were very rude.. here it is today once again they didn’t have my appointment in the system, FINALLY an hour later they start on me and jack the prices up on the service I got. Made an appointment for 9 am and when I got there they didn’t open until 10 am. I waited patiently then was told the person my appointment was with was off. The stylist there was rude to me and I was the only customer there. It would seem they would have just switched me to their schedule but instead asked me to wait so they could call the other stylist in. I went to Mia and Max and they took me as a walk in and did a great job.

Had an appointment booked for about a week or two, show up and get told I can’t be seen because the stylist was double booked. I never got a phone call or email notifying me. Shalizar was suppose to be my stylist and she was not helpful about the situation like it was my fault. She said I could come back later but I shouldn’t have to if my appointment was schedule AND confirmed for 9am.
