Visited JCP Hair Salon at Eastpoint Mall in Dundalk, MD on 1/13/2020 and my services were done by Stylist Tammy. I came in at 1:30 for my 2:00 appt. and she took me right away. Tammy was professional from beginning to end of visit. She asked what I wanted done and shared info with me so I can have a WOW experience. I got a relaxer and ends trimmed. She recommended the best relaxer for my hair. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I could tell she care about my hair and wanted to please me. I was VERY satisfied with the end result. She took her time with my hair. I will definitely visit this salon again and have Tammy to do my hair AGAIN. Thanks for a wonderful experience Tammy. I definitely recommend this hair salon and Tammy for your hair care needs.

My young daughter had her hair cut on 9/2/19. When the stylist was clipping the hair on her neck she was cut and burnt by the trimmers in over 10 spots all over her neck. Once she realized her neck was hurting we returned to the salon to see a manager. Karen tried to help us by gifting us some “finipil antiseptic cream” to protect her from any and all infections. Well after 2 treatments with this cream I realized that the expiration date was 2/1/19. Over 7 months ago. Worst experience ever. Mistakes happen but for a manager to compound them on top of another is not acceptable to me!!!
