Wonderful experience! Diana made last minute appointments for my daughter and myself for back to school hair cuts! Not only did she manage to fit us both in when I called the day we needed cuts, there was a sale on kids hair cuts so it was affordable too! Very happy with both of our hair cuts.

He gave her the exact haircut she wanted (she’s super picky and very staunch on what she likes) We left the salon with her having a giant “pep in her step”. He gave her the exact haircut she wanted (she’s super picky and very staunch on what she likes) We left the salon with her having a giant “pep in her step”. I just made appointment here the other day and the gentleman who answered the phone told me to come in for an appointment within the hour. That made me nervous, but I was happy because it was an impulsive hair color. I’m so happy I did!! Diana was my stylist and I got a half head of highlights, and she did so good. If I could give the Salon no stars I would. I made sure before booking my appointment that the coupon I had would work for what I wanted and was told yes , so I booked the appointment. I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment. When the client before me was finally done she was very upset with how her hair was done and they basically told get it was her fault because she didn’t explain it correctly. When I heard that I began to contemplate leaving, but decided to at least talk to the stylist. When I finally spoke to the stylist about what I wanted she instantly began to deter me from what I wanted. I was looking for a single process color but was told that because the color type was a high lift it would be considered a double process, which is not true and they were obviously just trying to charge me more. I have a cosmetology license and extremely knowledgeable about hair and the terms used. When I told her that I confirmed this over the phone before booking. She told me that the person I talked to didn’t know what she was talking about and there was nothing that they could do about it. In addition the place was not very clean and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting like it hadn’t been clean in weeks. I would never recommend this salon tip anyone.
