Don’t say your going to a wedding cause they will charge you more money! I was charge $100 plus with tip for a hairstyle that I could have done better myself if I had the time and I wasn’t even part of the wedding! I believe I was charged for some hair pins I didn’t even ask for as well. The style was so off and awkward! Michelle did a terrible job. So very disappointed! A style should never cost that much for one day!!!

Worst haircut my daughter has ever had, ask for a trim and this lady couldn’t cut a straight line, my daughter’s hair is so uneven it’s noticeable.was unprofessional answering her phone while my daughter was in the chair, the receptionist was rude, they could see I wasn’t happy and didn’t say or asked me anything. I had Naomi today, I’ve never had such a good experience with a hairstylist! I am SO happy with my haircut. I had hair down to my waist and got tired of it and decided on the big chop. The service here was horrible I had a lady that did not know how to work on my hair. all I asked her to do was to wash it, dry it, and cut it. I left here looking like a frizz ball I wanted to cry. She pulled on my hair and I told her her that, I have never been treated like this. She said that she was finished and asked her to pay her $60 and I’m not happy. Worst salon I have ever been to never coming back again.

I came in with my gf, we are extremely pleasant to deal with, I’m an sm in retail and I have learned how to and how to not talk to my customers. No matter what they may say, right off the bat the gentleman in his 50’s, salt n pepper hair with eye liner was rude and dismissive to us. All we said was hi and that we were looking for someone who use to work there. We were asked her name and once my gf said she doesn’t remember he replied “well if you don’t know their name your not going to find them so if that’s all your looking for I guess we’re done here” and began to walk away. An argument ensued between him and my gf. We left and as we were leaving he followed us out saying how wrong we were and how he treated us like anybody else. If that’s how you treat “all customers” well then have fun closing up shop! I trusted my gf as she said this place despite the reviews were well serviced.
