Critical: QualityAccording to internet pricing ….childrens haircuts are 14.00. Got charged 20.00 and when questioning the price they said they are now 20.00!!!! Terrible haircut on my 8 yr old grandson….it was long on one side and short on the other. I told her about it and she redid it and it looks worse! There happened to be a Master Stylist who was very highly recommended from the other stylists. I set up an appointment to have an initial consultation, dimensional color, and any type of treatment available to keep my hair healthy and strong.

I understand that a new hairstylist needs time to learn. But, I don’t understand a client leaving without the manager checking their work. Nor charging $35 for a HC and STYLE when I left with wet hair and a terrible HC.. The manager should be ashamed of herself… Not Happy.
