Would give zero if I could. Firstly, I had an appt with a specific stylist and when I showed up she had someone else in her chair and told me she couldn’t take me. So I ended up agreeing seeing someone else. I told her collarbone length, and showed her exactly how much to cut. Ended up leaving with hair cut to my chin and absolutely butchered. Also was charged for a FULL service ($30) when I only got a cut, no wash, style, nothing else (i requested it that way). Will absolutely never go in there again. Had a panic attack in my car in the parking lot after leaving the store.

Had my hair colored gray, first stylist didnt remove the yellow tone, went back 4 days later to a different stylist who fixed the yellow tone and reapplied the gray. Was told to use the silver shampoo and conditioner. I did and a few days later i ended up with blue highlights. I needed to be gray for a Santa event December 7th. So to say the least im not happy with the how my hair turned out.. right now it looks like a light blonde with blue streaks. I wont be back to salon and i will not recommend

Well, I would’ve put zero stars if there were any…I just called them a bit ago to ask a question..they hung up on me and when I called back, noone answered..it just rang and rang, how convenient. I don’t think I’ll be using their services after all.
