Went for cut and color and my first experience was not good. Called the manager whom offered for me to see another stylist and have a consultation. I went to see Katie who helped me pick a color I liked and she said she could do on my hair. I came back about a week later and Katie dyed my hair from a color blend she made based on what I said I preferred and it came out fantastic! Sometimes things turn out the way they should. Katie is a fantastic stylist and she knows about her colors. Book your appts with Katie.

I went in to have a family member have a color treatment done, and rather than bleaching the hair first, the colorist just did the color over her dark brown hair. Well, the color was not satisfactory so I had to reschedule a re-do, which regrettably had the basic same result. It covered a little more of the original hair color coming through, however; the color was still streaky where the color couldn’t cover her natural hair color. So, for being dissatisfied after the original and the re-do, I can’t give more than 2 stars and that’s only because I’ve used this salon for years but my favorite colorist has since retired and this one double booked that time period so she wasn’t able to commit to focusing fully on this task. For over $140.00 plus her additional tip, it wasn’t money well spent. Dissatisfied long term customer .

This place is ridiculous. First I called and asked if there was someone who could do a COLOR CORRECTION and cut. They said yes. I set up the appt. Went in. Told the lady what I wanted and the first thing she said was “I’m not taking out the color” she said she wasn’t qualified and I could come back tomorrow, and I probably would have if it wasn’t my son’s birthday. But they didn’t listen to me on the phone at all, and were rude to me. I’m not sure how they even have 4 stars lol. They’ve screwed up my hair before, I was trying to give them another chance…HA nope. Double triple check what you want done with the old receptionist first and make sure she can HEAR you lol. Would NOT recommended.

I simply cannot speak highly enough about the amazing stylists/staff! I have recently been going through a lot in my life and I knew I wanted/needed a change with my hair in having more than 10 inches cut off for the first time in my life! I reviewed several “high-end” salons online and even called a few, only to get an answering machine or they weren’t open on a Sat afternoon! So, I ended up calling this JCP salon and that phone call was the very reason I chose to go! Firstly, the MOST sincere, considerate, patient and kind woman named Chris answered the phone, she listened patiently to what I wanted to have done and that it was going to be a very big step for me and that I really wanted to get it done ASAP, she recommended one of the “master” stylists there named Yuni AND she got me in not JUST that very day, but within that very hour!! That phone call made me feel like this was meant to be! I arrived a few mins late and EVERYONE was so kind and understanding with me. They NEVER made me feel like a “new” client, or an “inconvenience” due to my last minute/late arrival, as I have experienced this with other salons in the past. I was immediately welcomed by the lovely Ms. Chris with genuine kindness and smiles! She checked me in right away and my stylist Yuni came right out and brought me back to her station, I was full of nervous anxiety and Yuni was SO patient, understanding and professional in helping me covey what I wanted. She constantly reassured me and made SURE that I knew exactly what she was going to do based on what I told her, which was a lot!! I ended up with what I am going to say hands down, the BEST cut, color/highlights and style of my life! I will definitely be calling Yuni MY stylist for a very long time! All the staff made me feel very comfortable and treated me like I belonged there! To ANYONE looking for a salon where they make you feel comfortable and welcomed on top of getting the highest quality of service, then this is your place!! Thank you to Ms. Chris and a very special thank you to my new stylist, Ms. Yuni for being amazing at your jobs and being amazing human beings and not only having patience with someone like me, but making me feel welcomed and special! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HAIR CUT, COLOR AND STYLE! THANK YOU ALL SOOO VERY MUCH. Just know that you have made a POSITIVE impact in someone’s life that really needed it! ❤
