Never again, I usually go to very high end salons but, my hairdresser is booked out and I needed my hair washed without having an appointment months in advance. I have hair extensions in which are an absolute pain to wash and dry so I preferred to pay someone to blowout my hair. The girl that I booked with had only been doing hair for a month and proceeded to tell me that customers say her blowouts are the worst which was the immediate red flag that I should’ve left. She was very nice but, left my hair feeling like hay and very frizzy. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I genuinely did not think anyone could give such a very poorly done blowout. The manager saw me later with my hair up and asked me whether I was satisfied and I honestly answered no and offered to give me another service which I genuinely appreciated!

It was terrible if I could give them a zero I would they did not cut my hair how I wanted I had a picture and everything they kept asking me and asking me how I wanted it and I kept showing them the picture and saying this short and they didn’t understand they just kept talking and not paying attention they hit my ear if you good times but then it cut it luckily my friend also got her hair cut and braided and it was not even even or nothing and they put this nasty greasy stuff in it that’s had a weird smell terrible I would definitely would not recommend this and the prices are outrageous especially how bad they did they need to find real hairdressers who actually know what they’re doing I would not mark them in this to anyone the salon a just an there’s absolutely terrible

I made an appointment for a full color four days ahead of time and the salon called me 5 minutes before my appointment as I was about to walk in to inform me that my stylist never showed up and no other stylist had time to do my color. I understand things happen but I know the salon knew before 11:25 for an 11:30 appointment that I had no stylist. Will never book here again.

The worst. I scheduled a color, no cut. Explained that 6 inches had just been cut a month ago, I was trying to get used to the short length, and didn’t want anything cut off. The stylist proceeded to tell me I needed my cut fixed. I told her if that was the case, to just barely dust it. She proceeded to cut another 4 inches off my hair. Devastated, it will now take 6 months to grow that back. Beyond aggravating that stylists don’t listen and do whatever they want. NEVER AGAIN.

You have got to see Crystal. She’s an expert at her craft I love my color match, my highlights, and my keratin treatment. She’s extremely knowledgeable on the hair products on the market and within JC Penny’s salon of products they sell. I have extremely curly hair and have minimized my product usage to two products. I love it!!!

The best, we have been to many other salons and barbershop and my 4 year old son is never calm and gets a bad haircut. The stylist was very patient and made my son very comfortable and gave him a very good haircut. I had my hair cut and styled and it came out excellent, exactly how I wanted it. The stylist took her time time to make sure it was done correctly, and went over again after she sprayed and blow dried my hair just to make sure it was done correctly. Unfortunately i cannot remember their names but my experience here was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I went in for a hair trim and while the girl who trimmed my hair was polite I believe she went about it completely wrong. Anytime I’ve ever gotten my hair cut I’ve gotten it washed, this was not the case here. The girl just brushed my hair and started cutting away. She had no idea how to do layers and took off about 3 inches more than I had asked! She cut my bangs way to short then proceeded to straighten my until I could smell it burning. I was so angry I paid the $32 and walked across the mall to Regis salon where I had to pay another $80 to have my hair fixed.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in with a picture of the colors I wanted done different shades of silvers. The stylist said she could do it… My hair was not even close to what I wanted!! I have huge blotches of yellow all over my head where she had bleached my hair. I have a spot in the back of my head where it looks like I have a bald spot at my scalp from a big spot of bleach and then dark all around it! As soon as I walked out I called another salon to get me in to fix my hair! I was so upset I didn’t even try to go back for them to fix. I probably would have if the Stylist wasn’t talking bad about JC Penny and how they cut the managers positions because they want to mold new and young stylists into how JC Penny wants them, and because JC Penny likes their money! If you have 6hours to spare wrecking your hair then this is your place. Without a doubt the worst experience iv ever had. I made the appointment online one week before, I gave a detailed run down of my colors etc, when I arrived and asked if my allotted stylist had read my info I got a curt ‘no’ To say this lady (who I had to endure 6 hours with) was personality-less was an under statement, she barely spoke to me and seemed like everything was an inconvenience for her, the only time she said more than two sentences was trying to sell me products. After 3 hours my hair was an awful brassy color, so after discussing what to do with every other stylist she started AGAIN! I had to cancel my whole day. After the next 3 hours I truly had lost the will to live, I expected my hair to probably drop out because of the time this debacle had taken.. Suffice to say,I asked only for a trim and she bobbed my hair, I was beyond fed up at this point. This is an awful salon, unprofessional, dis courteous staff, badly trained, I’d rather have my 8yr old do my hair than ever go back here.
