Today I had my hair done at the JCP salon in Staten Island mall by Klementina . I showed her a picture of the style I was looking for with highlights. My hair came out just like the picture . Klementina was fantastic. She offered her professional advice and I’m so happy with the results. Do not hesitate to use her services . She has her clients best interest at heart . I love my trim, color and highlights and the price was great too. I’ll definitely be back.

Got a treatment that says they will make my hair stay curly but make it more silky and healthy, but it’s more frizzy and less full now and the curls are more dead , I lost the curl pattern. It’s worse than before. I cried, me and my friends miss my curly hair, they said they would define the curls. Waste of 200 bucks.

So, I went to jcp salon for the first time yesterday. All I really wanted was a trim and some layers, nothing too much. I ended up with a bob. They didn’t even keep my length. At first I was ok, because it was styled and it looked okay-ish. Today I decided to wash out my hair and style it as I would, and that’s when I discovered all the choppiness. I have never had my hair look so botched in my life before. I am even embarrassed to go outside, being that the back of my hair looks like the bitten side of a celery stick. Never again will I go here. This is what I get for wanting a quick cut, instead of going to the city like I normally do. I attached photos of what I wanted, and what I got.

I went to JCP Salon and Maria the hairstylist is THE BEST EVER!!! and always does a fantastic job, she colored my hair beautifully and caught my perfect look. She always is kind, courteous, and respectful to me as a customer. I even witness how caring she is to everyone else as well, me noticing this numerous times upon entering the salon for my appointment and hearing her communicate with other customers. Whenever she styles my hair, she pilotely and patiently explains what she believes is best for me when I have questions! If I can give more stars I would, Maria is the one you must go too. A++++

It was the worst experience ever. I wanted to do full head highlights and a really light color, but then they left the hair on the bottom more than the hair on the top so it got much lighter and she knew she messed up and still literally said you gotta wait about 4 weeks or more to get the color you want it’s a time process, and after she got done with my hair AFTER 7 HOURS, it was so damaged it was falling out it was just HORRIBLE

Extremely disappointed. Nothing went how it was supposed to. I’m speechless. Seriously GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! My hair fell out in clumps, the color not only isn’t what I wanted its weird, outdated haircut when I wanted something up to date, and my hair is like 4-5 inches shorter when I wanted a trim. I also didn’t want my roots touched and well…… they’re damaged. Unless you’re over 50 save your time and go somewhere more…….experienced? Livid. I almost cried in the chair.
