Positive: ProfessionalismOne of the stylist, Cindy Le, always does an amazing work on my hair and never ruined my hair. She fix my hair after i try doing it myself multiple times and i can never be so thankful to have her as my hairdresser and hairstylist. She’s easy to talk to and to get along with.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI showed up for the appointment I had scheduled a couple of months back, and apparently the hair stylist was not working that day despite having an appointment with me. I was told she would come in to do my hair, but I had to wait at least 30 minutes for her since she lives far away.After I wasted my time waiting no one ever apologized to me for the inconvenience. The manager of the store told me they had the wrong number on file for me and asked to update my number. I thought it was incredibly unprofessional that I talked to 4 people and not one of them had the decency to say “I’m sorry.” I understand that things happen, and had a single person apologized I would not have made a big deal of it. I don’t want to hear excuses without an apology. I am never going back; I will take my business to a place that respects my time and understands how to apologize to a client when something goes wrong.
