I usually go elsewhere and decided to take a chance here, my stylist was Mayra would definitely recommend for a perm. I have stick straight Asian hair and she was so sweet and informative every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable. My hair is now big and curly better than the photo. Went for a perm and oh my, had a wonderful experience. Would recommend you make an appointment ahead of time sometimes they’re busy. I usually go elsewhere and decided to take a chance here, my stylist was Mayra would definitely recommend for a perm. Made two appointments. An hour before my daughter decided she did not want her hair cut. Called JCP and they were very understanding. I still arrived for my haircut. I arrived a half hour early and asked if I could be seen at that time or I’d go shopping. The girl took me right away. She asked me what I wanted. She did my hair and had me look to see if I was satisfied. I asked for a little shorter. She kept going until I liked it. Was very pleasant. When I was done I went to register and had a coupon . At first she didn’t know if I could use it. She asked. Then tried it and it didn’t work but she tried it again and it worked. I was fully satisfied with the experience.

I had a box dye disaster the night before and made a very last minute appointment for a color correction here. I would’ve totally understood them giving me attitude considering the circumstances, but when I arrived both my hairdresser and the rest of the staff were very kind and comfortable to talk to! On top of that Kristin did an amazing job!! I walked in with bright red, basically orange hair, and walked out with a very beautiful, natural brunette shade! She completely saved my hair! I will definitely recommend this place to people!

First time at the hair salon. Told it would be a 5-10 min wait, turned into 45 min with no end in sight. We left. Watched elderly women trying to use expired two dollar coupons on ninety dollar haircut. The cuts are pricey and didnt look very good. Place old women go for weekly hairstyling.
