Beth did an amazing job dying, cutting and styling my hair. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and it was a great experience! The prices are affordable compared to other salons I’ve visited for the same services. Booking the appointment was done online on the JCP website and it was a very easy process. Definitely recommend!

The lady Joanie that had color my hair was careless. She had stain my forehead sides of my face. When I had mention to her she act like it wasn’t her fault act like she couldn’t get it off my forehead and sides of my face. She wouldn’t give me a discount for getting hair dyed on my facial skin. They had made me payed full price for the color. When I’m the customer paying for services she was being careless got hair dyed on my face. I will never go back to that salon again especially to Joanie. As a person who work with customer service she has horrible customer service skills and need to have training how to treat customers. Also management for treating their customers bad with their employees mistakes.

I had appointment with Jennah Sequeria. I told her to do layers she did something can’t define wats that and she didn’t blow dry my hair. Worst parlor I’ve ever seen in my life. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT.. Worst staff and service. They were busy in backbiting about their customer.Such a Cheap salon cheated me.LITERALLY DONT HAVE IDEA WHAT THE HELL SHE DID TO MY HAIR. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI booked a appt. to have my hair colored and upon arrival my first impression was the salon was very dated. The woman Joni that colored my hair, basically told me what swatch she wanted to use . No real consultation. I told her I didn’t want any brassiness in my blond hair and wanted to cover my gray roots. She assured me the color would cover my grays and would leave no orange tints. Well that wasn’t the case! when I got home in better light,I could see neither were done!! After calling the salon 3x I finally got the manager Paula and she told me to come in and they would fix it. The part she left out was she was gonna charge me full price to do so! Really why did I pay over $100 previously? It was to have a professional color job done! That didn’t happen!! I wasn’t requesting a refund, just wanted Paula to be a sensible manager and work with me . Even if I was charged a percentage but to expect me to pay again with the hopes I would get different results was Crazy! Bottom line Do not go to JCP salon in Warwick. Overpriced and needs a new manager and salon overhaul. Very unprofessional. Critical: Punctuality, ValueI went to this salon today for a haircut and blow out and it was honestly the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. It is so bad that I feel disfigured. I showed the stylist a photo of me with a haircut I’ve had in the past as an example of what I wanted, and the haircut I got does not even bear a slight resemblance to the photo. I said that I wanted to preserve as much length as I could while still removing the split ends and damage, and while I guess that was an open ended statement, I was shocked and extremely disappointed to go from hair that fell past my shoulder blades to it being so short it can barely go into a ponytail. Not only that, it is not even at all. One side of my head looks totally different than the other. The salon was running 30 minutes late because of a scheduling mix up and I almost left because it was going to be cutting it very close with other commitments I had today, and I would give ANYTHING to turn back time and leave instead of staying and getting this haircut. I feel so ugly and can’t believe I paid money to look this way. I’d complain and ask them to make it right, but with how painfully short my hair already is, there is no way I want a pair of scissors anywhere near it. I went to this salon today for a haircut and blow out and it was honestly the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. It is so bad that I feel disfigured. Shiny Pennies With Tanisha
Today was the second time I went to see Sandra D. The first time I had gotten her I went in with my fingers crossed as I was at an extreme low point in my life and needed a place to just go relax but keep myself engaged. Sandra had absolutely no idea what I was there for aside from the perm she was doing. She met me with a great smile and was so sweet and professional. She asked what exactly I was looking for and although I was unsure (because of my circumstances at the time) she patiently helped me with my decision. We chatted, laughed and also sat in that awkward silence for a bit.. It was like she knew just what I needed. She made my day! I left there with a much better mindset and absolutely beautiful hair. Prices online don’t reflect the price you pay once the service is completed. Received a one process color and cut / style. Price online said $80-$95. Paid $153 plus $20 tip so $173. Stylist did a good job but with the price I’ll have to pass coming here in the future. Haircut, Hairstyling
