Madelyn is amazing! I stopped by on a whim to see if someone was able to accommodate a last minute hair color appointment and not only did Madelyn go out of her way to help, she still took such care to get my color and tone just right! Positive: QualityI’ve been going to this salon for years on and off. I used to see Cassandra who I loved. She really knew how I liked my hair, and we’d even mix it up from time to time. Unfortunately, she left and I never found out where she relocated. Now I see Madelyn on and off when my regular hair stylist isn’t available on the spot. Madelyn is pretty much available whenever I need her to be. She also does a great blow out. Absolutely no frizz at all, it’s as if she flat ironed it! I’ve been going to this salon for years on and off. I used to see Cassandra who I loved. She really knew how I liked my hair, and we’d even mix it up from time to time. Unfortunately, she left and I never found out where she relocated. Now I see Madelyn on and off when my regular hair stylist isn’t available on the spot. I had gotten by hair color by on of the stylist there. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted. When she got done it didn’t come out the color I wanted and it it was out 2 days later.so I contacted her and she wanted to correct it at no charge. after getting bleach for the second time in a week for another 1 1/2 hour. The color came out neon purple. Still not the color I wanted.I washed my hair the next day to see if I can tone down the color my hair was over processed and breakage I couldn’t blow dry my hair as it was so bad I was in tears. I went down to tell them they gave me my money back and some products. After the experience I had to get my hair cut so I went to see a stylist there because she helped me when I went down there. She hacked my hair sooooo bad at a cost of 27.00. So I ended you going to another salon to fix the color and the hair cut @ 66.00. Now I am happy with the color and the hair cut. By the time I got done it cost me over 130.00 for hair cut and product the I bought out of pocket.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I scheduled a kid’s cut online. As I sat there waiting, I heard Siearra Antunes complain and complain and her next client…… a kid’s cut RIGHT IN MY FACE. So I walked up to her, told her not to worry about it and left it. She didn’t seem to want my money. Her “I’m sorry” wasn’t honest enough. She truly didn’t care. After that I wasn’t going to let her cut anyone-I-know’s hair!

Stylist cut my bangs so short & uneven it looks like a kid cut them. $32.00 + tip & worst haircut ever. She didn’t dry my hair fully so I didn’t realize how short my bangs were until I got home. Lesson learned I will never go back there.
