Makayla Kestler is the one that cut my hair and styled it and she did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did great. And she asked me if I wanted the side bangs to be short and the other side to be shorter and I said yes and she did it without hesitation. She is extremely nice and she was super focused when she did my hair and when she was cutting it. She also recommended products to me and I love them.

Critical: QualityAfter my experience today I will not be returning I went in for a haircut with a picture of what I wanted. My hair came out NOTHING like or even close to the picture and looks completely butchered. It was cut shorter than what I asked for and the length over all is uneven with several missed longer pieces and the layers look like someone just hacked chunks out of my hair. After my experience today I will not be returning I went in for a haircut with a picture of what I wanted. My hair came out NOTHING like or even close to the picture and looks completely butchered.
