The customer service at JCMG is the absolute WORSE I have EVER experienced!!!!! Be prepared to wait on the phone for at least a half hour, but probably more like an HOUR only to be told there are no appointments available for a week. Then! They will forward you to the nurses where, once again, you are on hold for at all least a half hour.. where you finally give up and choose to leave a message. Their message then tells you they may not get back to you for 24 hours! That is also a lie because they may not call you back AT ALL and then you have to go through it all again!

Dr. Glascock is an amazing doctor but it is impossible to get in to see her. I had an appointment scheduled for 9/17/2021 and she had an emergency come up and had to reschedule my appointment for 12/28/2021. That is ridiculous . If I have a cold I can never get in to see her. It is crazy that I can’t get into my family doctor. I am always told by the staff to go to Urgent Care. What good is it to have a family doctor if you are always told go to Urgent Care. Urgent Care doctors don’t know my health history. JCMG needs to stop sending new patients to Dr. Glascock so she has time to see her current patients. If you need to see your Family Doctor you shouldn’t have to wait several months for an appointment.

Everytime I show up for an appointment the doctor is out of town. I have to take off work to make these appointments. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL. The PA Terry Krantz or as I call her Terry the butcher cut me open without numbing the area…. the nurses never make my appointments when they are supposed to. I just have to call after 3 weeks of no word on my appt. Then I get an appt 6 months later. well guess what?? The doctor is off that day…They are only here for your money just like every other business out there. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS

I have had multiple GI issues and JCMG was the first place to go to since I live near Jefferson City. The doctor I saw shoved pills down my throat that didn’t help. And after 7-8 months of 4-6 pills a day(I was 19 at the time of this) we switched to the doctors in Columbia. Best decision I’ve ever made. JCMG is a joke and doesn’t care about patient health, only the money.

Our family reluctantly changed from CRMC to JCMG due to change in insurance and we could not be happier! The transfer of records was seamless so by the time we had our first appointment they had our full medical history. We have seen several doctors and had a few tests run and have only had to wait longer than 15 minutes once. We love the convenience of everyone in one location because we have been able to plan multiple appointments in one day to save trips to Jefferson City. Most importantly everyone has been so friendly and thorough!! Definitely 5 stars!

My name is Lori Elliott. I grew up in Jefferson City and Dr. Kimlinger was my primary my whole life until he retired. He referred me to Dr. Sides when I was about 27. I’ve been with Dr. Sides for 11 years. When I was 12 a rheumatologist in Columbia diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. At that time no one knew about it and it was very rare. That doctor retired. Dr. Sides has been my life saver. Before him I wasn’t on any medication except muscle relaxers which I could not take having young babies and was in the worst pain imaginable. Plus raising 2 boys and 2 step sons and working full time.

I’ve been going to JCMG for years now. I love that all the offices, alternative services, labs, and out patient services are all in one place. I’d like it better if the doctors would coordinate together more for a patients care. Otherwise, I have always felt heard and they continue to find ways to help me on my journey. I prefer their services to Captial Regional any day.
