My mother, sister and I called ahead and made 3 appointments for pedicures, and my sister and I also scheduled manicures. In spite of there being multiple other employees available, one woman did all 3 pedicures…which meant that we were there 3 times as long as expected because 2 of us had to sit there (with our feet in cold water)and wait,while she did 1 of us at a time. They charged us more than what the sign said was the fee for a pedi, and to add insult to injury, my sister’s and my fingernail polish were chipping away within 12 hours of having them done.

I walked out had an appointment for pedicure had to wait which I don’t mind guy was on his cell phone then told me to sit in chair and then went over to do a manicure to another customer and just left me there in chair. No explanation just started work on other customer. If you don’t have time to for an appointment then don’t make the appointment. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was treated like I wasn’t even there. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
