Rude and unprofessional. After picking my daughter up, my daughter said she told the “stylist” multiple times that she was burning her hair while blow drying it and the lady didn’t say anything nor changed the method she was using to blow dry my daughters hair. After contacting the business, she tells me that my daughter (9 years old) was crying and wouldn’t sit still which is the reason for her burning her. This is my daughter’s first bad experience getting her hair done in the years she’s been getting it done. If they do not know how to work well with children then they should not do children hair. Do not recommend!

Appointment service was not good. No respectful communication from hairstylist with appointment. Hairstylist was rude and unprofessional. Hairstylist wanted to charge extra fee for rescheduling appointment to 30 mins late or the next day due to customer unpredictable situation. Customer was not notified before about fee and refused to pay. Hairstylist ended call abruptly (perhaps hung up). Experience not on customers level.
