Critical: ProfessionalismCame in for a blonde balayage. The stylist did not talk very much at all and was quiet. I have 100% virgin hair and it sadly did not come out like I wanted and hoped for. I was very excited and ended disappointed. She toned my hair multiple times and left a blotch on the left side. The right side also has way more color than my right. I didn’t want my roots touched and she did it only to one side… Overall I am just upset that this had to be my experience for my first time ever getting my hair done. Came in for a blonde balayage. The stylist did not talk very much at all and was quiet. I have 100% virgin hair and it sadly did not come out like I wanted and hoped for. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to Jcpenny now for now a year & I have to say that I love their salon on town west. Everyone is always so upbeat, kind, caring & they do whatever they can to make you comfortable. But not only that the stylists & the Salon are not about charging you a high ridiculous price where you can’t afford. Them they are all about their service & integrity. If you want fantastic hair color, cuts or etc. I advise you go to this salon its the best! I have been going to Jcpenny now for now a year & I have to say that I love their salon on town west. Everyone is always so upbeat, kind, caring & they do whatever they can to make you comfortable. But not only that the stylists & the Salon are not about charging you a high ridiculous price where you can’t afford. Them they are all about their service & integrity.
