I walked in with my 6 year old son and 7 year old daughter on 12-23-21 5:30 pm. There are chairs to where one will sit and wait for next open stylist, well that’s what I thought! We waited for 45 minutes only to see people come in and get seated ahead of us, I understand appointments take place and that fine but there was no sign in sheet nor did anyone speak to us. I decided to go the the guy working at the 1st chair in which he told after 45 minutes there are no openings the rest of the night. I asked him why couldn’t he mention that he stated it is my responsibility to ask, not there’s to talk to people sitting down that just walk in!!! I would assume that if ownership knew that this is the was things are going on I don’t believe it would be acceptable. I will say we left the location and it left me explaining to my kids that we were being turned away!

The quality of the haircut you get here is really hit or miss. I used to get decent haircuts for the most part, but the last few have been pretty bad. Although the price is right, the quality just doesn’t seem to warrant it anymore. I’ve moved on to find better locations where I might pay more, but the quality may warrant the additional expense.

This place will surprise you and leave you satisfied if you don’t want anything too complicated. I tried to tell the lady that I wanted nothing special, just clean it up, and she pointed at a chart of 25 haircuts to choose from. That was the moment that I knew I never wanted to get my haircut anywhere else. It looked great, her touch was gentle, and she even massaged my neck with a hot towel.

I was completely unsatisfied with the Spanish ladies service because she cut my hair which looks awful and worst. I have a huge program at my house thus, i went there to cut and directly run the cutter on my hair where as I was showing the design I was looking for on the wall. Now, I have to go another saloon to cut my hair in different style. They only wants huge tips that why she was in hurry to finished up my hair cutting so she could get the customer who was there before.

This place is family friendly other than the music selection and outside appearance. Cheap price for a haircut. The lady was a bit clumsy since some clippers slipped from her hand. She might’ve also cut my hair a little bit shorter than what I told her but she was friendly.
