Great customer service and precautions regarding Covid. Everyone wears their masks at all times which are by the way personalized (cute touch). They take your temperature when you arrive and encourage the use of sanitizer. They don’t have anyone sitting around waiting, so as you arrive, you are being taken care of. Love this salon iv been going here since little and my mom has been going here for 17 years or more. Mariela is AMAZING!!!! It’s been raining all week and I’m natural and my hair still looks great! Love her work. I also got my individual lashes done there!!!! Loved it! Didn’t feel her hands and she did the just like I wanted very natural and beautiful cat eye!!! Just love it here! I’m going to try their facials next!!! I also took my 4 year old daughter for her first blow out and she loved it!!! And didn’t cry! It lasted for so long!!! Love it!!!

They washed my hair in a dirty sink. The entire time, water was spraying my face and going in my ears. I asked for a simple trim. My hair is straight and thin. They STILL did not cut my hair correctly. I came home and found uneven strands in the back. I purposely asked for something easy because I could tell the person did not know how to handle hair. (I did not see any beautician’s licenses anywhere.) I smelled my hair burning during the blowout. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want them ruining my hair even more. To top it off, they tried to get more money out of me by saying they couldn’t accept my Groupon. Never again.

Inconsistent with prices. They tell you one price then charge you another. I left feeling like I was not a valued customer. I started off paying $35 and now they charged me $60 for the same service.
