not gonna lie, i’m disappointed. the haircut was uneven, and she didn’t even bother with anything but the undercut. she was rushing it like she wanted to get me out of there quickly, after waiting almost an hour to see her after my appointment and thats not counting the 30 minutes i arrived early. i probably will not be coming here again.

Horrible customer service! I went in person yesterday and booked an appointment for today at 2pm. I called this morning at 11am to confirm my appointment and the guy tells me that they don’t have me in the system. So I make another appointment for today and ask him whats the lasted time they got and he says 5pm. I said ok perfect that works for me.. now I received a phone call saying that my appointment was booked for 4pm and that they close at 5pm.. u guys are very unprofessional! First time booking wit u guys and very disappointed with the service I got! Never again! I wouldn’t recommend u guys at all!
