Jeffrey reached out to me and offered to remedy the haircut my son received from one of his employees. WOW! What amazing service my 7 year old received. From the moment we walked into JBS, the staff greeted us with smiles and my son was directed to sit in Jeffrey’s chair. I showed Jeffrey pictures of what my son’s hair was supposed to look like and he proceeded gain my son’s trust and remedy my son’s original haircut.WOW! …..WOW! My son is quiet but he was shocked. He received the haircut he wanted. He said, “Mommy this is the first time I don’t feel my hair in my hands when I touch my hair after my haircut! It’s really good mommy. I want him to cut my hair again. “This is why I followed up to my 1- star review. I am so grateful for the service, the professionalism and moreover the owner’s integrity. The moment I walked in, I could already notice my barber was really cool. He shook my hand and I could tell he knew what he was doing. From my own haircut, I can say that this barber shop is the best one I have ever been to. The final product of my hair was exactly what I wanted and looked great! My barber used all types of products on my hair and so many tools I have never seen other barbers used. This place is definitely experienced on what they are doing. Thank you!

Absolutely blown away by the haircut/spa treatment I received today. Best haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was full of different lotions, creams, cleansers, that were all scented perfectly. The attention to detail Juan gave to my haircut was top notch. I plan on treating myself here from now on whenever I need a haircut.

We are from upstate New York and we stopped at new London for one day during our vacation. I found JBS from Google map and brought my son to have an emergency haircut (I couldn’t stand his long hair). I really hadn’t expected too much and just wanted to have a simple haircut on my son. It turned out it was the best haircut my son ever has. My son even joked he wants to travel 7 hours every time he needs a haircut. The hairstylist who served us was outstanding. More importantly, I can tell the entire JBS team works so hard and they want to make their customers happy (it is not only about $!). Thanks for giving us a great memory about New London. You guys have a family from upstate New York that wishes your business the best.
