Had an amazing experience before here but I went today to get my nails filled and they did nothing like the picture I should them. instead I got colorful butterfly’s instead of clear nails with white sparkles. Not even the worst part thought they cut the cuticle of one of my nails, cut three of my figures with the file, and completely ripped off a pea ice of my nail. And proceeded to apply acrylic on top of it with blood. Also have insanely big differences in the lengths of the nails. And they only gave me not even half my money back.

Not a good experience. When the lady turned on the water to fill the tub, she had the water on hot as hell and walked away. Another employee was standing close by and adjusted the temperature for me. When I asked the lady to cut my toenails shorter, she rolled her eyes. She quickly started reclipping my nails and made one of my toes bleed. The lady did not care at all . My toenails are misshaped and she did a mediocre job with the nail polish. She put me under a nail dryer for way too long, never came back to check on me.

Pro- service was fast, no wait, and friendly. Sadly, I won’t ever go back. Nails are uneven, paint uneven, dead skin left behind after telling the tech to take it off. Paid $60 for gel. I’ll take the L, lesson learned but please save your hard earned $ and go elsewhere.

Was horrible. Could not do a basic ombré nail and all nails came out clumpy and thick. Feet were okay but didn’t even do the massaging. Pedicure was $70!!!
