I told the lady that I just wanted her to shape my eyebrows I don’t like them thin. She basically left me paper thin brows this is the only eyebrow place that is open near me. I don’t think I’ll be back i just want my eyebrows to grow back. I can’t even fill them in that’s how thin they are.

Usually do a great job but this past week I was disappointed. Got a wax on my upper lip woke up this morning with burns on both sides. She had told me she pulled skin off the upper lip not on both sides. To top it off didnt even say “dont worry about it it’s on the house for the wax job.” Nope full price. Might have to look elsewhere.

I love coming here never do I doubt to come back because i know how great the service is. I love how courteous they are with all customers they always acknowledge you and make sure your satsified with there service i like that small attention not all places do that and it’s always worth the wait and distance I come from ELA just to get a couple things done here if you want consistentcy this is the place to go. One of the main reasons for my review is because of one recent incident which is too long to even write about and it had nothing to do with me about to pay them for the service in a nutshell (I felt very sick) and I will say they showed genuine attention and care that I just couldn’t keep this with just saying Thank you to them personally but letting the world know what there about because I don’t know how else to do it. Thank you again JB eyebrows. I’ll see you guys soon. I hope you can see this too.
