The person who I think is the owner was very sweet, but the lady that did my nails was not my favorite. When I told her that I wasn’t satisfied with my nails, she just said they looked nice & didn’t bother to fix them. Worst part of all was that I have an infection on one of my fingers. Gel manicures

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The place is hot and over crowded and my sister asked for a full set and pedicure and was only given gel nails and then told next time she should explain herself better to them before getting anything done which she did when she called to make appointment and got charged $70 dollars for gel colored…

Jazzy is fantastic. She is the owner and does everything: hair, skin care, nails, you name it. I’ve been a client for years. There has been times when I have been to other places or just DIY but I have always came back to Jazzy. She just knows me and all her clients & is very attentive to their wants/needs. Her staff are very good and friendly as well.

I loved my first time experience here. I just moved near the area and I needed a last minute polish. I have been to many places where I felt like just another person paying to get my nails done. Not here. They were normal. And so friendly. Lin did a great job on my nails but there was such good conversation with everyone in there including the other customers. Most inviting nail shop I’ve been to. I’ll be back.

This place was rude as hell. They didn’t greet me upon walking in and when I asked how long the wait would be for a full set the lady told me “We don’t have time for a full set today!” Like what? How do you not have time to do a full set At 12pm in the afternoon when nails shops don’t close until 7:00pm? How does a nail shop not have time to do nails? Mind you the shop wasn’t even busy. 2 ladies were just sitting there doing absolutely nothing!! Foolishness!

i normally like this place but the last two times i was disappointed. The lady took forever to finish also the shape of my nails was not right. i took my lil daughter and told them that she wanted to get her nails done also, but they totally ignored her.
