My husband was just there with my 3 boys and stated how rude and unprofessional they were. Look, if you have an issue with walk-ins, just say that at the door. It’s cool, we could take our boys else where! We were recommended by someone. Just pathetic! Do better! There are other places who greatly appreciate the money! Your booked appointments didn’t even show up, but had an issue with cutting someone else’s head! SMH! Upgrade you process!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueWell let’s just say I wouldn’t recommend or come back to this barber shop. Came here before and the first time the guy argued with me about how I wanted my son hair cut , give it a try again and I waited forever, the 3rd time I walked in and the first guy said he was booked, then I ask another guy while he was cutting someone hair he told me he had no one else and my son will be next I sat and waited until he was done then he told me he couldn’t. I was with my son and infant sat and waited while I could have gone somewhere else. Never again. I also booked for a facial and when I went the girl wasn’t there she apologized and told me to come another time and it will be free but I never went back. Short wait time. Barber took his time when cutting my hair and did exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price. Barbershop was clean and there are lots of chairs and TVs to keep you entertained if you have to wait.

I took my 15yo son here to get a facial and the experience was great. They were professional, the woman took the time to talk to him about his current routine and ways to improve it. She recommended types of products without trying to sell us a particular brand or product. We will definitely be back.

As I kept going to jazzys the barber in the back left was always rude. Paying 20 bucks for a haircut is pretty expensive but it was a good cut. The barber the second time was extremely rough and cut my hair horrible. The third time he yelled at me when I asked if he had time to cut my hair saying he was to busy and I would have to come back another day rolling his eyes and cursing. If you go here, do not expect anyone to be nice.

Just got a haircut today from Jazzy’s and it seems that standards are slipping. My barber did an okay job with my cut but him being rude and flippant made me regret coming there. For those at Fort Stewart, save your money and just go on post for a cut. You’ll have friendlier staff and a cut that’s basically the same…and you’ll save 4 bucks.

The cut was really good, probably the best barbers in town for a black man like myself. But for some odd reason the barbers were talking about how the we’re fighting in a club last night. This made me really uncomfortable. Also there was one barber just staring at me. Mugging me very angrily like I was his long lost enemy and the barber cutting my hair was laughing about it. I had no idea about what was happening but it made want to leave before they decided jump or something, IDK! It made me VERY UNEASY! I COULDN’T WAIT TO LEAVE!

The one and only time I got my haircut here I asked for a design and I was told that I shouldn’t get a design because it looked better without it! After that I refuse to go back! I’m the customer! If I want a design…give me one or suggest a barber who can. BTW They only take cash which is highly inconvenient!
