I went in as a walk in yesterday waited 2hrs, for a sewn in deep sides bang only (sides/back shaved.) The staff was nice and friendly only if there customer service was as good as their skills. I was seen by Constance whom according to her was a fairly new to Jazzy. She had only been working there a month or so and only doing hair since 2016. Very sweet girl but not every cosmologist is a hairstylist. My hair is very curly, fine, and thin. She was aware of that. It looked DECENT when I left. I looked into the mirror thinking I’ll probably have to move it around a bit to get it how I want it. No biggie I thought. I got home and my “bit” of moving around took on a whole new meaning. You don’t see imperfections of your hair until get home. As i moved the hair around, I found threads hanging and tracks that could of used a bit more security and it just wasn’t up to par for the price. I also had to trim the ends more and add a bang peice to the top for fullness. Nevertheless, I was once again disappointed in the Augusta hair salons. $95 for me to have to spend 2 hours making adjustments so that I can atleast wear it for 2 wks. I will NOT be returning to Jazzy.

I have been going to Jazzy’s off and on for about 15 years now.. I’m 27 that’s a really long time. I usually experience wonderful customer service there but lately it hasn’t been the same. I pre-purchased a sew in from a wonderful stylist there, and afterwards I was diagnosed with cancer and had to move to a new city for my treatment. I was hospitalized during the time of my appointment so I ended up missing it. I called as soon as I got out of the hospital, and explained the situation. Now most salons would have made me pay the whole service meaning since I made a deposit of fifty dollars the service was 150 then I would owe a balance of 100 before I could receive any services from them. Which is totally understandable.. No, not Jazzy’s. The salon manager rescheduled my appointment but I had to go back for another treatment and I called them two weeks out saying I couldn’t make it. The salon owner told me two weeks was not enough time and that I couldn’t even transfer the services to my mom who lives in the city and also is just recovering from breast cancer so this would have been a lovely experience for her. I was willing to pay the balance or whatever needed to pay to receive the services but the owner didn’t even give me the option. He just told me if I could not make the appointment then consider my money lost because I had lost them money from dealing with me. I know this was a long read but all I’m saying is sympathy goes a long way and if someone is willing to pay extra to still be a customer there despite the circumstances then it is just rude. This is a private business so they can run it how they want, but don’t be rude about it.

Awesome salon that I found by googling! Bernadette did an amazing job straightening and curling my natural hair. And she was very gentle when she detangled my hair. I will definitely return when I’m back in town. This salon felt like home to this out of towner lol.
