My braids came out very nice, though i did have one fall out around the edges, I’d consider that fairly normal. I arrived at my appointment time and the shop opened about 15 minutes later than my time. The lady that did my hair was very sweet. Medium 24 inch box braids took me about 6½ hours or so. I would still return again to get my hair braided.

So today I needed my step daughters hair braided in 2 simple braids for an upcoming performance. I called the shop at 9 am and asked if she was available to do this and she told me yes at 4 pm. Around 12pm I stopped by her shop in person to double check and confirm if she could provide the service that I asked for and what hair she liked to braid with. She told me her preference and once again told me to come back at 4pm. I arrive at her shop at exactly 4pm to find it locked up and all the lights off. I even gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she might have went to lunch. By 4:30 she still had not come back. All I have to say is Jazzy’s is extremely unprofessional. I asked if a service could be provided multiple times and each time she told me yes, just for her to stand us up at the very last moment. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone, idc how well she does hair. Her actions today spoke levels to me on how much she values her customers and her practice.

Never received a call informing me that they were canceling my appointment. Store owner is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Had to call a few hair braiding places in the area to see if someone can do my hair for the holidays, luckily Felicia’s hair braiding on Asbury Avenue, did my hair and saved my day. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I got there Saturday morning and two ladies were half way done and Jazzy is quick herself but she get the job done right. I don’t feel any tightness in my head I’m happy with my braids. Even though it’s hard to find parking nearby but overall I was satisfied.

Each and everytime I go to Jazzy’s she does an excellent job! Consistently. She does not over charge and your hair looks beautiful. There’s always a line outside her shop before they even open because her workmanship speaks for itself. And she’s very nice.

I called this place to get my hair braided i live 1hr and 20 min away i ask for a braided bob with some hair jewels added she said sure 120 ok i said and drove down i get to the shop the one person is threre talking on the phone no one else is there she waves her finger at me to wait while she speaks on the phone for about ten minutes Show her the picture she say no $180..needless to say I walk out on her arrogant behind I called and went down the road to Claudine who charged me $90 when i showed her the picture. And guess what my hair came out perfect and the woman that braided my hair for $90 received the whole $120 needless to say first impressions and kindness go a long way and the two you won’t get from this place

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would tbh. Her attitude has me rolling every time, I feel like slapping her. She really thinks she could disrespect her customers, thinking they will be coming back? Hell no! This girl couldn’t simply do two braids on me…. when she only had 3 customers. Seems as if someone doesn’t want that mula? Anyways her attitude is hella nasty, and pretends as if she’s busy. Don’t come to her! Ty!
