Very upset with my experience. Prices are not the same as website which is fine. I was charged an additional $10 to remove my gel polish. I wouldn’t have minded paying $10 if all the polish had been removed. My nails were navy before and I went with light pink. Not only does the color not cover up the navy spots left, the pink is the clumpiest I’ve ever had. So disappointed. The reviews for this salon were actually pretty decent, but I won’t be returning.

I’ve gone into the salon about three times, the first time I was very satisfied with my nails. I explained I was looking for a new place to go regularly and my nails looked great and they even helped me add a great design on top. The second time, they didn’t look as good. The length wasn’t what I asked for, the coffin shape was very thin, and the nail decor could have been way better. Especially at the ridiculous prices you have to pay when you get your nails longer and when you get a design and just their standard prices in general. Regardless of whether it’s what you asked for it or not. They claim to be “affordable” and this trip came out to $85 with a tip on top. I went in yesterday to get a fill and I had some broken nails. I got my fill, I got my nails fixed, I got the new color put on, and I got a design. I asked have longer nails and the woman kept telling me to go shorter and shorter and would simply drill away even though I asked her not too. The polish has bumps in it and the nails are not shaped correctly. I showed her a picture for a reference and she didn’t do the design that way at all or the way I kept suggesting while she was doing it and continued to rush through it. Given that I had a picture and I kept making suggestions and they have the correct materials for the design and it wasn’t too complicated I’m really upset that my nails did not come out the way I wanted them to, starting with just a simple polish and shape. I was then charged $95 for just the service and in addition I tipped, of course. I was obviously charged for the longer nails, even though I didn’t get them. I understand being charged for the design because they are using materials, but I expect to leave happy. It’s very obvious that I was being talked about the whole time, laughed at, and eventually my nails were just completely rushed through because someone else came into the salon and they were two other available staff, but unfortunately they weren’t available because one was giving the other a pedicure. I attached pictures of my nails and the nails I wanted to recreate. I’d recommend Jazzi’s Nails if you’re looking to come out with consistently poorly done manicures.

I was depressed AF today, my nails looks ugly and I’m sick of looking at my stubby fingers so I called to make an appointment and first of all I was able to be seen same day and second I was able to be seen within a few hours booking the appointment. I saw Ellie for a dip manicure and she was quick and thorough. She knows how to do the damn thing and I’m cured of depression.

I used to like this place but noticed on my last two visits that they were not very committed to their appointments. I tried to schedule a 4:30 appointment with my daughters and they insisted we be there for 4:00, we were there at 3:50. They sat us in the chairs at 4:20 and started working on my daughters but no one was there for me. Apparently I was to wait until my daughters were done then it would be my turn. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they cannot take you? Why didn’t they say they didn’t have availability? Isn’t my time as valuable as theirs? I left and won’t be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI stopped going several years ago over a $50 gift certificate I purchased for a friend. My friend lost it and I went in one week after to get a replacement-I was told they keep no records and told me to have my friend look again. I had been a regular customer for several years and they were not going to issue a replacement. I was very upset, as I had never experienced such Unprofessionalism in my business experience. Hence, they lost an excellent customer who always tipped well. This is no way to run a business.I stopped going several years ago over a $50 gift certificate I purchased for a friend. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went into Jazzi’s as part of my ongoing search to find a new nail salon now that I have moved to NH. It had come highly rated by a handful of people. I was extremely let down. The techs were smothering when I walked in, despite the fact that I had set up an appt for a dip powder manicure with tips. I was asked at least three times by different people if I wanted a pedicure – even though mine was only a week old. I was rushed through the selection of choosing a dip powder, which is typically a process that takes a few minutes due to the abundance of options. My nail tech – whose name I never got because she never introduced herself – was gruff while handling my hands. Even though I cannot understand what was being said, it was clear that I was being spoken about, as she would say something and the other two techs would turn to look at me. My nails did not look good when I got there, as I had taken my acrylics off myself before I went in. That was clearly also quite amusing to her. When she started doing my bails, I asked her if she could please put tips on seeing that my natural nails were below my fingertips. She actually rolled her eyes and got huffy. Huffy when asked to do a service that I had already asked for on the phone when I had called for an appt – “a full set with dip powder.” Unprofessional and unbelievable. She asked what shape I’d like and I said coffin nails please. This set is the farthest from coffin nails I have ever had, the lengths vary, the corners are uneven, and I can still feel the ridges of my struggling natural nails under the powder. When she realized that I was looking for a steady tech – after asking me why she hadn’t seen me before – her attitude changed and she was semi-kind for the last 10 minutes or so, making sure to remind me to come back. I have never been so hard-pressed to part with $70 ($60 plus tip). The only reason they have 2 stars is because this set has lasted 3 weeks.I went into Jazzi’s as part of my ongoing search to find a new nail salon now that I have moved to NH. Just moved here from NY and wanted to find a convenient nail salon. Decided to try Jazzis and stepped inside without an appointment. I was warmly greeted by the owner, chose my nail color and was introduced to her sister La who was sweet and proceeded with my mani-pedi. I am thrilled at how my nails look and the pedicure massage was awesome. Very clean salon that also has waxing. I had a lip and brow wax and the results were perfection. I can’t wait to return to Jazzis for another relaxing visit..I really lucked out on my first try as a new resident of NH! I give this salon 5 stars and 5 ❤s.
