I’ve been going to this place for over a year now. And I currently see Lily. She’s incredible. Can do designs and her fills last a long time. Highly recommend!!!

I’m very picky about my nails and how they’re shaped and filed. Kenny always does an amazing job even when my nails are in terrible condition!!! He files them perfectly and paints them very neat. Ivy does my toes and also does an exceptional job.

I have been going to this salon on and off for two years now. Amy is the only one who does good work. Jess is super attentive and friendly. Other receptionist are rude. I’ve had to call multiple times for nobody to pick up or pickup after 5 tries. They keep raising the prices but lately service and quality has went down. I use to not mind paying the extra but now I do especially when the customer service sucks. People aren’t going to pay $60+ for a service that doesn’t even last two weeks then they have an issue and are rude about fixing it. Cheap as hell.

Very bad experience today at this place!! The lady at the front desk with blue eyes is very rude and not at all helpful. I had an appointment today with Jason but lady told me we cannot see your appointment in the system and I cannot see you are registered where I came to this place twice before. This has been worst experience at any nail salon. I definitely had an appointment as I have on my calendar. Never go to this place. I liked how Jason was with my nails but overall bad experience!

Awesome nail salon with friendly and accommodating staff in a charming and quaint location with a small town feel. My wife’s nails were done here in preparation for a wedding and they turned out fantastic! Their quality of work is the best in the western suburbs and their prices are even better. They even provide a free beverage while you wait, making the experience that much more enjoyable!

Jazza nails is my good to nail spot in Naperville! I see Lily and she is the absolute best! She listens to exactly what I want and does really cool designs as well. My nails always come out looming clean, crisp, and fabulous! Follow her on Instagram @lilysfantasynails to see her work and check out Jazza! Manicure, Pedicure

This place is 5 stars is because of how amazing my nails are. But pricing is a little expensive. Do I think my nails are worth $60 for a full set, yes but I don’t think that $35-50 fills every two weeks is normal… Most places charge $25-$30 for fills. But I guess this keeps cheap ppl out.

I have been going to Jazza for over a year so took my sister in law with me for her birthday. But let me tell you, worst experience ever. The designs weren’t how we would have liked them, then the nails full set dipped didn’t last for more than 2 weeks. My sister in laws one nail literally chipped next day. I think gradually their work quality has gone down.

I appreciate that they were able to get me in so quick for an acrylic removal. But they literally hurt my nails so bad. If I wanted some of my natural nails ripped off I could’ve done it at home.
