Been here twice and no complaints so far; it just gets very busy and I recommend calling for an appointment. Each time I went with Esme & the sets she did lasted 3+ weeks without breaking or coming off. Fair pricing for the services. Cards are accepted and there’s ample parking in the complex.

Been here 3 times and every time is worse. this picture is only 1 day manicure me and my daughter went my daughter asked for a line design in each nail and the tech literally went with the same brush to make the line wide line across not caring a bit for how bad it looked while the were doing her nails 3 techs changed in a matter of 15 minutes to finish a 8 year old customer. The same tech ended up doing my mani and didnt even want to file my naills. Very disorganized. Pricey and they dont do a good job.

The nail tech did a poor job with buffing and filing down my nails. ALSO, the design on my nails made me want to burst out in tears. There were two nail techs alternating between tasks since the place was over booked. All of this for $80!??? I’m better off purchasing my nail kits from Amazon and doing it myself. My appointment was for an acrylic set. One of the most simplistic things that anyone could possibly do. The nail tech did a poor job with buffing and filing down my nails. ALSO, the design on my nails made me want to burst out in tears. There were two nail techs alternating between tasks since the place was over booked. All of this for $80!??? These woman were so rude and did not want to work. As I was sitting getting my pedicure done they were talking about another woman’s feet in Spanish which is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Another lady came in with a messed up nail and she had just gotten them done and they were ignoring her and talking about her in Spanish the whole time before someone decided to actually fix her nail that should have not been messed up in a day. They have this young girl who can’t be older than 15 doing feet and they’ve taught her their rude qualities and how to give attitude when a client does not like how something looks. They need a class on painting toes and customer service. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

They over book their clients. It was extremely crowded.I had an appointment . It took close to 4 hours to take off my acrylic nails and get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The staff was not professional and it wasn’t even a good job Will never go back here again. Gel manicures, Pedicure

Not going back. Service is not good plus their prices keep going up. You have to ask for the color pallette everytime instead of them giving it to you when you tell them what you are doing. Techs have an attitude and talk poorly about customers. I don’t need to spend a ton of money on nails getting a rushed job and no respect. Nail service here is a hit or miss plus they take way too long to do nails.
