Critical: Qualityi went here and for some reason as he was in the middle of doing my nails they started to get an itchy burn. also he made me bleed multiple times. i also asked for coffin shape and none of my nails match the shape to the finger on my other hand. very aweful experience with him.Service: Pedicure

Critical: QualityI got my real nails painted shellac today that looked like my daughter painted my nails. The guy looked at them knowing they were bad and wanted me to pay full price. If I could post a picture I would, it won’t let me. I only us Kim in the edna location cause shes the best, but she was not in so they put me with someone else I was skeptical. I only use her for a reason cause I’ve had them done in past by others and its disappoint everytime. Like come on it is not hard to physically paint a nail. I got my real nails painted shellac today that looked like my daughter painted my nails. The guy looked at them knowing they were bad and wanted me to pay full price. If I could post a picture I would, it won’t let me. I only us Kim in the edna location cause shes the best, but she was not in so they put me with someone else I was skeptical. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst experience ever in a nail shop! 1st of all the tech who did my nails ( it was a guy) was rude when I asked about the mermaid colors he ignored my question and when I didnt like the design he was doing because it looked nothing like what I asked for he got an attitude. 2nd the lady that did my lashes glued my eye together in the corner and just laughed about it. To add insult to injury my nail broke within an hour of leaving the shop. Awful service. Worst experience ever in a nail shop! 1st of all the tech who did my nails ( it was a guy) was rude when I asked about the mermaid colors he ignored my question and when I didnt like the design he was doing because it looked nothing like what I asked for he got an attitude. 2nd the lady that did my lashes glued my eye together in the corner and just laughed about it.
